Most recently, Frank held several senior management positions at Voxar AG, including VP Global Strategies and VP Global Marketing and Sales. At Voxar, he set the foundation for a global channel sales network, based on a strategy that accelerated sales and partner integration. Prior to joining Voxar, Frank worked for several IT companies including MicroGrafx and Aspect Communications. He successfully helped to establish the French branch office and he implemented database driven direct marketing in the APAC region. Frank was responsible for developing the business relationship with Siemens and with Deutsche Telekom, which led to the largest order in the Contact Center industry at that time. Prior to Aspect, he worked in 1994 for Micrografx. After a couple of promotions he became European Director Customer Services. He built a direct sales organization for this leading graphic software publisher, overachieving his targets year to year. Before, he joined in 1992 TAS Telemarketing, the leading German telemarketing agency, where he drove the direct sales business of several leading IT companies such as Symantec, Compaq, Sun, Lotus, Microsoft, and many more. In 1989 Frank joined Access Computer, the fastest growing German software distributor. Under his responsibility, revenue grew from 30 Million DEM up to 120 Million DEM. Earlier in his career he worked as editor and translator, where he substantially contributed to the German releases of Ashton Tate’s dBase IV and Framework III applications. He is the author of many computer books that were sold successfully (Norton Utilities, Microsoft Flight Simulator, dBase IV etc.) Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Sciences, Psychology
and Sociology from the Munich University and is a certified organizational
programmer.
